NOSE

Lightly smoky notes delicately intertwined with pastry aromas; gentle smoke meets green tea, lime zest, and pine needles with Japanese precision and balance.

PALATE

Smoky and sweet, reminiscent of brown sugar, with malt, lemon zest, gentle pepperiness, and bitter orange, with peat smoke building throughout.

FINISH

Smooth and warm, with lingering soft smoky notes, hints of smoked nuts, and a rich, sweet close.
