NOSE
Treacle tart with stem ginger, soaked raisins and sultanas, orange and ground cinnamon.
PALATE
Dark chocolate-coated ginger, dates and dried apricots, balanced by a hint of oak and vanilla sweetness.
FINISH
Long and lingering, with sweet dried fruit, ginger spice and a warm oak dryness.
