A/ Official tasting notes

NOSE

Caramel, oily walnut and a touch of dusty oak smokiness, with digestive biscuits and ginger snaps; subtle vegetal notes develop later on.

PALATE

Sweet honey and citrus fruits with green grass, fresh herbs, cereal and hints of vanilla; a delicate background of peat and smoke with pepper and ginger.

FINISH

Short to medium finish with a gentle hint of smoke, pepper and lemon peel.
