A/ Official tasting notes

NOSE

Sweet peat smoke with notes of vanilla, honey, and coastal salt air. Hints of dried fruit and oak spice develop with time in the glass.

PALATE

Rich and smoky with citrus notes, vanilla sweetness, and a gentle maritime character. The sherry cask influence adds depth and dried fruit complexity.

FINISH

Long and warming with lingering peat smoke, oak spice, and a touch of sea salt that gradually fades.
