Launched in September 2023, the Bonded Rye is the third release in Jack Daniel's Bonded Series and the first bottled-in-bond rye in the brand's history. Made from a 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley mash bill, it is charcoal mellowed via the Lincoln County Process before aging for a minimum of four years (the inaugural batch was approximately 7 years old), and bottled at 100 proof.

NOSE

Opens with notes of dried fruit, rye spice, and sweet soft fruits, with lingering hints of toffee, maple sugar candy, and warm baking spices.

PALATE

Bold and complex, with dried fruits, toffee, rye spice, black pepper, cinnamon, and a touch of maple sweetness underpinned by toasted grain character.

FINISH

Long, warm, and pleasantly spicy with a peppery rye spice finish that slowly evolves toward vanilla, brown sugar, and charred oak.
