Evan Williams Single Barrel is the brand's most premium ongoing release and the only vintage-dated single barrel bourbon on the market, with each bottle hand-selected by the master distiller and marked with the barreling year, bottling year, and individual barrel number. Recent vintages are typically aged approximately 7–8 years at Heaven Hill's Bernheim Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky.

NOSE
Sweet caramel and vanilla contrast with graham cracker and seasoned oak, with a touch of toasted marshmallow rounding things out.
PALATE
Lush and spicy with oak, honey, apple, and orange notes, alongside vanilla, baking spice, and a hint of dried nuts.
FINISH
Long, graceful, and relaxed, with lingering notes of caramel, cinnamon, and oak.
