A/ Official tasting notes

NOSE

Mild with light spice, opening with medicinal notes (iodine, adhesive bandage), minerality (chalk, limestone), and salty sea notes. A hint of bacon smoke in the background, which reveals more classic campfire aromas with a drop of water.

PALATE

Slightly oily and smooth, with an unexpectedly sweet taste balanced by a salty note and peppery spice on the finish. With water, the sweetness, smoke, and fine wood spices intensify.

FINISH

Long and smoky, with subtle spice, hints of smoked meat, and medicinal notes. With water, it becomes even longer, softer, and spicier, with lingering pepper and bacon smoke.
