NOSE

A symphony of honeyed malt, toasted grain, and distinctive earthiness meeting delicate threads of smoke and salinity; vanilla ice cream, dried apricot, and PX dried-fruit aromas with nutmeg and a graceful, surprisingly restrained peat smoke.

PALATE

Orchard fruit, stone fruit, and peanut brittle alongside honeyed barley and coastal notes; rich orange blossom honey, lemon zest, sea salt, and sweet coconut smoke weave together with layers of smoke and sweet tobacco.

FINISH

Monumental and long — waves of smoke and sea linger with apricot, chocolate, and pepper, gradually giving way to a bright citrusy minerality and a final note of salted, smoky barley.
