A/ Official tasting notes

NOSE

Perfumed and aromatic with lavender, vetiver and incense, followed by almond nuttiness, leather, woodsmoke and damp peat.

PALATE

Full and oily with a salty menthol freshness and woodsmoke, giving way to sweeter notes of toffee, pear crumble, smoked nuts and salted caramel fudge.

FINISH

Long and lingering with leather, salted caramel and a cooling minty note persisting alongside gentle bonfire smoke.
