NOSE

Unmistakeable smoky intensity with charcoal and creosote, curious hints of fennel and celery mixed with woodsmoke; a drop of water reveals further herbal notes and salty sea spray.

PALATE

A distinctive peppery mouthfeel leads into treacle toffee, anise, salted caramel chocolate, eucalyptus and menthol, giving way to smokier notes of charcoal, smoked bacon and tar.

FINISH

Long and persistent with hints of peppermint and clove, fading on dry smoke and lingering maritime brine.
