NOSE
Intense peat smoke with maritime brine, seaweed, and white pepper. Complex layers of dark chocolate and liquorice emerge beneath the peat.
PALATE
Full-bodied with rich peat smoke, black pepper, and salt. Waves of dark fruit, espresso, and smoked fish create a powerful, multi-layered experience.
FINISH
Long and smoky with persistent peat, salt, and a hint of sweet liquorice. The maritime character lingers throughout.
