NOSE
Intense peat smoke with maritime saltiness, complemented by dark chocolate, espresso, and subtle sweetness from dried fruits.
PALATE
Rich and smoky with layers of peat, ash, and aniseed, balanced by warming spice, cocoa, and a hint of liquorice. The mouthfeel is full and viscous.
FINISH
Long and smoky with lingering peat, charcoal, and a touch of sweetness. Dry and warming with persistent spice notes.
