NOSE

Rich and intensely sherried with notes of dried fruits, spices, and dark chocolate. Deep aromas of plum and raisin dominate, with hints of cinnamon and oak.

PALATE

Full-bodied and warming with abundant sherry influence, delivering flavors of dark fruits, licorice, and warm spices. Thick and oily mouthfeel with layers of sweetness and subtle oak.

FINISH

Long and satisfying with lingering notes of dried fruits, spice, and subtle oak. The sherry cask character persists with warming spice notes.
