A blended Irish whiskey made from 66% grain and 34% malt whiskey, aged in first-fill bourbon casks for three years before a further year of maturation in heavily charred (level 5) bourbon casks. The double-charring process gives the whiskey its distinctively dark colour and pronounced vanilla-sweetness character.
