A collaboration between Midleton Distillery and Bodegas Lustau of Jerez, Spain. The whiskey is initially matured in traditional bourbon and sherry casks for 9–12 years, then finished for a further year in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts hand-selected from Bodegas Lustau.

NOSE
Rich infusion of dark fruits — prunes, dates and figs — with liquorice, marzipan, toasted oak and aromatic spices.
PALATE
Silky smooth pot still character; assertive spices balanced with the richness of the sherry finish and the contribution of fresh Spanish oak.
FINISH
Endless sweetness and assorted spices endure, while Oloroso sherry and Spanish oak have the last word.
